摘要
采用高温固相法制备了SrLu2O4:Tm3+/Yb3+上转换发光材料,并使用X射线衍射、荧光光谱和CIE色度坐标对其结构和荧光特性进行了研究。结果表明:在980nm激发下,SrLu2O4:Tm3+/Yb3+呈现出较强的蓝光发射和较弱的红光发射,并且掺杂浓度对荧光强度和色度具有重要影响。随着掺杂浓度的增加,蓝光和红光的相对荧光强度发生变化,其荧光色度由浅蓝区域逐渐向白光区域靠近,显示出发光颜色的可调性。该研究成果极大地扩展了上转换发光材料在白光发光二极管中的应用。
Abstract
A series of SrLu2O4:Tm3+/Yb3+ phosphors were prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction.The phase structure,luminescence and CIT chromaticity properties of the materials were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results shown that Tm3+/Yb3+ doping did not change the orthorhombic structure of SrLu2O4.Under the excitation of 980nm,one intense blue emission and one weak red emission were observed in the visible light region.The doping concentrations of Tm3+and Yb3+ had great effect on the emission intensity and chromaticity.Increasing doping concentrations,the relative intensity between blue emission and red emission gradually changed,resulting in a gradual shift from blue to white emission for the chromaticity of its emission combination.The results confirmed that its chromaticity can be effectively controlled,and shown potential application in for white light-emitting diodes.
